Employers

Hiring seasoned & mature workers often start as a diversity & inclusion initiative, but grow into an essential talent acquisition strategy for interims and experienced hires.

Diversity &
Inclusion

Innovation &
New Perspectives

Only 8% of organisations include age as part of their DEI strategy. Be ahead of the curve to embrace the Silver Tsunami.

Age diversity improves organisational performance, increases productivity in both older & younger workers, and boosts job satisfaction rates.
Age-diversity unlocks innovation and drives market growth*. Inherently diverse team members understand the unmet needs in underleveraged markets and can spot opportunities most employees miss.
